Volunteering with the Coldwater Fall Fair provides many meaningful opportunities for your unique skills and abilities, all Fall Fair coordinators are also dedicated volunteers.

Description: This position is great for a youth that is interested in ensuring that our children’s play area inside the arena stays safe and clean at all times. Duties would include, refilling colouring stations, sweeping, ensuring all toys and other items stay inside the play area and general monitoring of the area.
Parents are responsible for their own children and this is not a requirement of this position.
Time Required: times negotiable both Saturday and Sunday

Description: This position involves the job shadowing of the Domestic Science Coordinator, who organizes the adult Baking and Canning classes. Successful candidates will learn all the aspects it takes to be self sufficient in running a Domestic Science class for future fairs.
This includes: setup, entry organization, judge coordination, prize recording and cleanup.
Time Required: Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, Sunday (3 hours per day)

Description: This position will assist in cleanup of grounds from previous day activities. Duties include, raking garbage and waste, changing waste bins, and other general setup.
Time Required: Saturday (various times), Sunday (various times)
Description: This position receives an honorarium for fulfilling the role. Duties of this position include, selling of gates admissions, handling money, and interacting with patrons. Interested parties are required to complete an application form (link below).
Time Required: Friday (2 p.m. – 9 p.m.), Saturday (8 a.m. – 9 p.m.), Sunday (8 a.m. – 3 p.m.)

Description: This position will provide parking support on the fair grounds Friday night before the demolition derby, Saturday (various times) and Sunday (various times)

Description: This position will assist exhibitors bringing in exhibits, such as plants, baking and crafts during registration. Hours can be flexible
Time Required: Thursday (1 p.m. – 8 p.m)

Description: Require up to 12 volunteers to complete 2 hour shifts during the tractor pull, to hold ropes and block track traffic while a pull is being completed.
