Exhibiting at the Fair

To enter your exhibits, please obtain an exhibitor number by calling 705-828-4446 or 705-717-5348, emailing coldwaterfallfair@gmail.com, or you may get it at the Coldwater Arena when you register on Thursday, September 24th.

If you were given a number in a previous year, it will remain your number, and you may use it on your forms for all future Coldwater Fall Fairs when you enter items. Fill in your Entry Form with your name and full mailing address. Please indicate if you are an adult, youth or junior (child), add your email address, phone number, exhibitor number and sign the bottom of the form.

For each entry you have, please write in the Class, Section and Description of Article as indicated in the Prize Book [available at Coldwater Library, Coldwater Foodland, Coldwater Home Hardware, Coldwater Ice Cream Shoppe, TD Canada Trust in Coldwater, Topline Feeds and Waubaushene, Victoria Harbour, Port McNicoll, Midland, Port Severn, Honey Harbour and Mac Tier Libraries] or found in the Exhibitor section on our website. Complete an Entry Tag for each item you are entering using the Class, Section and Description of Article as indicated in the Prize Book or in the Exhibitor section on our website, enter your exhibitor number, name, address and sign the bottom and attach it to the item with a safety pin, staple or elastic band [Scotch Tape is not suitable].

If you are a junior (child), please indicate your age on the tag and school you attend. These forms and tags can be completed at home prior to taking your items to the arena or there will be volunteers at registration to assist you with completing the forms and tags if you are not familiar with this process. A volunteer will also be available to help you carry in your items if you have multiple entries.
