4-H Inter Club Exhibits

Class 500 – 4-H Inter-Club Exhibits

Coordinator - Sydney Robinson (705-427-3698)

1. Open to all North Simcoe County 4-H Clubs.

2. Each exhibit must include a backdrop stating the topic of the exhibit and the name of the club. It is expected that the club members will place the exhibit.

3. Each exhibit will be allowed a maximum of 4 feet of table space in the arena.

4. Exhibits must be placed between 1:00 pm and 8:00 pm on Thursday. No late entries will be accepted. Exhibits must remain until 4:00pm Sunday.

5. All exhibits will be judged on the following basis:

a. Attractiveness (25 points)

b. Simplicity and Effectiveness (25 points)

c. Educational value (25 points)

d. Balance and Arrangement of Exhibit (25 points)

Total: 100 points

Prizes: 1st: $25, 2nd: $20, 3rd: $15

Rules:

1. All sheep must be on the grounds by 10:00 a.m.
2. Anyone Exhibiting MUST HAVE liability insurance.
3. Must be a member in good standing with 4-H Ontario
4. Entries must have approved CCIA Tags
5. All animals must be free of all illness/disease.
6. Any unworthy entry will not be shown under the discretion of the judge and committee.
7. Black Pants and White Shirt preferably
